John Boyega Among the Latest Actors Up for Star Wars: Episode VII Lead

Attack the Block's John Boyega, "Downton Abbey" star Ed Speleers and theater actors Ray Fisher and Matthew James Thomas join the previously-rumored Jesse Plemons ("Breaking Bad") on Variety's list of names up for a lead role in J.J. Abrams' upcoming Star Wars: Episode VII!

Today's news comes on the heels of the all-but-confirmed report late last month that "Girls" star Adam Driver is joining the much-anticipated sequel as the film's central villain.

Scripted by J.J. Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan, Star Wars: Episode VII is rumored to focus on a new generation of heroes and could include appearances by Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford in older incarnations of their beloved characters from the original Star Wars trilogy. The film is expected to begin shortly and will hit theaters on December 18, 2015.

Dark Matter + Dark Energy = Black Lead in Star Wars!

Didn't you get the memo?

I'm going to be a Sith lord!

I think the Attack the Block's John Boyega guy would be the best.

Why stop at just Black actors? The Jedi and Sith could use some Hong Kong-style moves, so I say bring in some Chinese actors too!
And as far as Jedi Philosophy being based on Eastern Philosophy anyway, bring in some Indian actors to continue Yoda's teachings.
Not to say Black actors couldnt fulfill these roles, but Im Canadian; I believe in multiculturalism.

A multicultural Star Wars would definitely be great!

Divers cast great as long as there's none if that Jar-jar binks crap
'Diverse'
'of'. Sorry.

I look forward to seeing Black actors and actresses in the new Star Wars film. Hopefully they will have significant roles like Samuel Motherlovin Jackson did.

He played great in this movie

Been Debating If I Should Finish This Story

Posted by Jacqueline Loggins on April 23, 2018 at 5:16pm 0 Comments

Effortlessly I pulled the tan stocking above my knee, sliding it across the thickness of my thigh before securing it to the garter. My hand now moved to my large, plump lips, where I dotted a speck of moisturizer before rubbing them together to get a perfect, even distribution. They now taste and smelled of cherry spice. Now for some color, I thought, opening the pallet of endless lip stains to see which would suit my attire for the evening.

This one! I decided as my finger tapped near the burnt orange circle titled Pale Sunbeam. The laser brush slid across airbrushing my top lip, then the lower. Blotting my lips, I smiled in the light-framed mirror, satisfied with my choice of color. The spotlights illuminated my sequin bra top, creating dazzling sparkles of purple and gold.…

I Was Starving

Posted by Jacqueline Loggins on April 23, 2018 at 4:55pm 2 Comments

No, I wasn't starving for food. I was starving or opportunity, direction, human interaction and friendship, but mostly I was starving for innovation and success. You see, around this time last year I found myself in a rut. I was doing hair, writing stories, making dolls etc etc. It felt like being on a hamster wheel to nowhere. And top on of everything else, our family was in a financial bind. Yes, I our ends didn't meet and we have more month at the end of our money.

One day while trying to complete a doll and at the same time worried if our gas would be cut off, something just told me to stop. I was trying to put out so much, but was taking nothing back in in return. Yes, I had burned out and what's worse our family was broke. So, I suggested to my…

SKYCITY TALKRADIO

THE UNDERGROUND BY ROXANNE BLAND

Life as alpha of a werewolf pack is anything but predictable. But even Parker Berenson is surprised by the latest twist: he’s fallen in love with a space alien. Problem is, he suspects Melera, his sexy new flame, might be the serial killer terrorizing Seattle. Or maybe she isn’t. After all, just because she’s an interstellar assassin doesn’t mean she’s guilty.
