Has anyone here tried out Amazon studios to submit their writing?
Basically, for those unaware, Amazon is accepting scripts to be looked over by them. If they like it, it goes on their development slate and, most importantly, they'll pay you.
It used to be that they would guarantee you an answer as to whether or not they are interested in 45 days but that recently changed. You can submit privately or submit publicly and have other users read, rate, comment, and such on your film or series script.
I think it's a sweet deal, and not much to lose. Just wanted to spread that word. I submitted a series pilot awhile ago and it wasn't picked up but I may keep trying.
If anyone is interested:

Each pattern is created by a particular direction of the external magnetic field applied on the sample. Image by M. Z. Hasan, Jia-Xin Yin, Songtian Sonia Zhang, Princeton University…|

Surrounding the eye were thick rings of powerful storms with cloud tops as cold as or colder than minus 70 degrees (red) Fahrenheit (minus 56.6 degrees Celsius). Credit: NASA/NRL…|
