It will take some time to make it a reality.But let me give up the blueprint for it.

The technology to make this happen is available now for sure.

Nano tech and 3-D printing.

1. Design and build a nano space engine

2. Use the 3-D printing system to create the  model  for the ship,then use it to create the actual parts for the ship.

3. Use the 3-D printing system to create the structures needed on  a planet where the ship or ships will finally set down to create a new place to live besides earth
