You may remember my previous post where I quoted the noted Disney animator Dan Haskett where he said, "We have to make our own movies. I don't want Disney to do the black characters." Well, along those lines I decided it was time to really do it, and do it right!
I decided to rely on the "wisdom of crowds" to make this project possible, and do it at the level that animation featuring black characters deserves. Check out my funding campaign on Indie GoGo. If you can, make a contribution to the future of black animation. Even if you can't contribute, help spread the word. Tell your friends. Tell your family. This project needs to be be done! No one is going to do it for us. let's do for ourselves!
