One of the best sci-fi flicks of our generation.

Also structurally, it's interesting.
With the major twist coming early on.

It raises interesting questions about the little guy versus the corporation.
And what lengths does the corp have the right to go through to ensure a profit. Especially of off the planet Earth.
It's the moon, anything goes right?

Either way, what a cool flick.
Cool effects.
I thought it was gonna be CASTAWAY on a lunar setting.

Not.

Sam Rockwell has been my man since the heist classic, WELCOME TO COLLINWOOD.
Here he slides into multiple, believable personalities with ease.

The spoiler free premise is such: A man has a 3 year gig working on the Moon, mining. He's near the end of his bid and he's ready about to go home.
Until he starts trippin'.

The set design in this movie was on point as well. From the Hal-esque, Kevin Spacey voiced robot, GERTY, to the giant vehicles.
There are plenty of questions that I have but I don't wanna give too much away.

So it's kinda stifling to discuss it freely. Unless people have already seen it.

But it's highly recommended.
See now.

Peace y'all.
