I use Sketchbook Pro for my thumbnails and Manga Studio Debut to lay out the book.  I also draw thumbnails in pencil and scan into Sketchbook Pro.  This is my first attempt so the learning curve is quite high but the process is fun.  Like being a kid again!  I created a twelve page teaser and got some feedback.…
