It's been awhile!

He sat at his desk, woozy. He tried to move, his arms unresponsive. He searched for help, moving into the aisle in his swivel chair only to find all his coworkers had abandoned him. Was he being drugged? If so, it was the simplest scene he could imagine.Whoever was trying this was extremely stupid or extremely powerful. He'd find out soon enough.(to be confinued)See More

The Corporate Space Race

Posted on August 28, 2016 at 10:38pm 0 Comments

Recently Rocket Labs became the first company to successfully launch a rocket from the Southern Hemisphere. Why did it take so long, is it lack of infrastructure? Will the investment in building it pay for itself in the form of cheap labor and technical expertise. Another investment would be the reusable rocket,or rocket plane if you will. When this is finally achieved, a momentous first step will have been taken; flights can now be scheduled with greater frequency and regularity (as quickly as… Continue

The Multi-Stream Saga

I found myself sitting in my living room, with a view of my neighbors home several hundred yards away, like most Sunday evenings. Then everything changed. After blinking and rubbing my eyes, I noticed a change in scenery. My neighbors home was no longer there. My four acre estate's scenic view, however was still scenic, albeit now all wilderness. I began turning on the electronic devices that I use almost solely for maintaining a link to the outside world and as I suspected, none of them…

Sesame Street announces its get rid of Bob McGrath(Bob), Emilio Delgado (Luis), and Roscoe Orman (Gordon). What the heck!!??!!
Oh well at least Roscoe's free for Willie Dynamite 2: Big Willie's Back in Action. But seriously, Willie Dynamite is one of the few movies about pimping with a heart and a strong message.

We have come so far by faith

Posted by Ms. Regina Owens on February 20, 2018 at 6:24pm 0 Comments

Let us not forget those who have gone before us, who have fought the good fight with faith, and courage. Black History Month is due in remembrance of them all, and us today must not allow those torches of courage to ever go out. Kudos to the Black Panther movie, now a superhero movie for us--not one of a "pale like," one that bolts out of a phone booth wearing a flying like red and blue cape. Blessings to you all!

RX J1131-1231 is about 6 billion light-years away. It is a lensed quasar; gravitational lensing caused by an intervening elliptical galaxy (center, yellow) has magnified and multiplied the image of RX J1131 into four images (pink) as seen with the Chandra X-ray Observatory. SKYCITY TALKRADIO

THE UNDERGROUND BY ROXANNE BLAND

Life as alpha of a werewolf pack is anything but predictable. But even Parker Berenson is surprised by the latest twist: he’s fallen in love with a space alien. Problem is, he suspects Melera, his sexy new flame, might be the serial killer terrorizing Seattle. Or maybe she isn’t. After all, just because she’s an interstellar assassin doesn’t mean she’s guilty.
