cat sense, what's up

My cats avoid my attempts to photograph them. One good head shot to twenty ears shots, butt shots, man I've got to get a faster shutter. Need to shoot before the shot to get the picture just right, or do a video and cut some stills.

My tablet has a slow shutter speed, I have since found apps to take quick shots, burst shots. Still they see me coming with my tablet I might as well yell "Vet time". I pulled out the usb remote webcam, for some reason it stopped working on my…

Story seeds, go for it.

Saw uTube vid about viable heart grown from stem cells, a full face transplant. These are what we are allowed to see. Who knows how far we've really come. Implanted organ anti-rejection device, you open a hatch and pop in a small capsule. Organic nanos adjust the body to except new DNA streams. Talk of consciousness transfer and live donors. The medical world has become an industry, a business with a dark underbelly. There is hope for a few and…

I am RNO the non-prophet

I watch the intrude-a-vision more than use my mobile interrogation device. I see the want/need based streams all day. I want unpopulated space between me and thee. I want space in my rooms so we can be the furthest apart yet still in the same room. Only the echo is natural but the fireplace is digital.

I watched the iHouse movement people make their own shelter, pile o'sticks and punctured cans, on a trailer, tethered to the ground. The echo in these has been digitally remastered and…

Kickstarter for Mulogo and His Quintuple of Trouble

Hi All -

My name is Martin Reese and I have recently re-launched a new and improved Kickstarter for the short live action fantasy film Mulogo and His Quintuple of Trouble. The story deals with a young wizard's apprentice from Kush who unwittingly recites a spell from a forbidden book of magic and conjures up a powerful five-headed dragon. The dragon is more than eager to make him pay for his mistake. Our Kickstarter will run until December 15th.  You can check it out  at this…

Augustus Freeman AKA Icon Gets His Own Film starring...

Posted by Joe Pledger on October 8, 2018 at 2:20am 0 Comments

DC's answer to the film 'Black Panther' should be 'Icon'!  Starring Denzel Washington as Augustus Freeman and either Zendaya or Amandla Stenberg as Rocket,  'Icon' is the story of how an alien crash lands in a cotton field in 1839 and adopts the appearance of the first person that comes into contact with it being a slave woman.  He lives through American history leaving behind a legacy as his next begotten's namesake arriving in the present day as August Freeman IV.  Convinced of his otherworldly abilities to better his race by a teenager name Rocket,  Augustus Freeman becomes the superhero 'Icon'.

The illustration is of an actor named John Garrett.…

Product Review Updates #5

Posted by Stephen Alexander on October 3, 2018 at 6:27am 0 Comments

Occasionally, I will alert fellow members to product updates by creators I have reviewed in the past year or so.

  • Is'nana The Were-Spider has released Vol 2! It should be Vol 3 but who's keeping score? You can get it at Peepgamecomix here.
  • The Isabelle Brothers (of Messiah Wars) have a new movie out called The Last Disciples. Dunno if it's related to any of their other projects, but you can find out for free on their site.
  • Steve Bellinger (of Chronocar) has another book coming out this year. He better hurry because we're running out of 2018. It's called Edge of Perception. You can learn more about it…

SKYCITY TALKRADIO

THE UNDERGROUND BY ROXANNE BLAND

Life as alpha of a werewolf pack is anything but predictable. But even Parker Berenson is surprised by the latest twist: he’s fallen in love with a space alien. Problem is, he suspects Melera, his sexy new flame, might be the serial killer terrorizing Seattle. Or maybe she isn’t. After all, just because she’s an interstellar assassin doesn’t mean she’s guilty.
