This story takes place in a secret location deep into the land of Somali or Liberia.
In spite of all the social and historical upheaval going on in these places.
A secret group of afrikans and black's from the us put together a secret think tank where they outline a plan to design and build the first nano space travel engine and space ship.
The long term purpose of this engine, and this space ship is create an option for anybody on the planet that would like to leave and go find another planet to live on and live way beyond these earthly laws and other earthly confusion and mayhem.
The reason for keeping it secret would be to make sure that the design information for the nano space engine and nano space ship is not stolen and used as some type of weapon against other people on this earthly planet.
Once they build this engine and space ship word would be sent out to anybody that might really interested in being aboard the very first flight of this ship.
The selection of these people would be done very carefully to make sure nobody is being picked that would undermine the whole attempt or overall goal of the group that is building the whole project.
