Tyro and Thomas now finds themselves on the move once again. It is now the year 2001 and they set their New Year’s resolution to Cleveland to stay with Thomas’s long time ally from the Vietnam war.Tyro can’t shake the feeling that his Guardian has given up hope and something bad is ready to happen regardless of where they go. Once there, Tyro meets Levile, a 14 year neighborhood patrolman whose on the search for missing children in his community.Tyro joins Levile in his search but is then attacked by The Powers that Be once again, Tyro allows his capture in order to infiltrate them and end the madness from ground zero.
