Three days after his capture by the Vindicator, Flex Hectic was banished to 21st century Earth where he will spend the duration of his miserable life span. He has been given a new identity (Iran Harris) and a new occupation (personal trainer) and strict orders not to violate the terms of his exile which are as states:1) Flex Hectic will no longer refer to himself by that name.2) He will forget his past identity and completely immerse himself in his new one.3) He shall not attempt to escape either by temporal or spatial means the time and place of his exile.Flex Hectic has reportedly violated the 1st term by attempting to reconstitute his past identity in the form of a comic book character. Special Investigators are en route to 21st century Earth to make certain that the name 'Flex Hectic' is neither uttered nor heard by the general population!
