Not sure if this has been posted, but checkout CELTX. It's a free program; with various plug-in options (for purchase), to inhance the overall functionality of the application. I used it to script an entire issue of NETERS. you can use it to write screenplays too. I know zilch about screenplays so I'm not sure how effective it is, but it sure as hell helped me on my comic.
