What's The Deal?
Day Of Rain, Rise of the False Prophet, is a new addition to the growth of epic Sci-fi / Fantasy works by black authors. Though the story is not religious, it does contain elements of religious themes. For the most part, the novel is meant to attract mainstream readers (Graphic Novel and film to follow).
The Short Synopsis
In the near future, God will cast Helel (Lucifer) and his angels down to earth. In his wrath, Helel will enter into the portal that leads into the history of mankind, to seek and destroy all creation. If Helel succeeds, the entire universe, even the throne of GOD will be cast into the lake of fire forever, to suffer the same fate as the damned.
Malecki Sadeq, a Biblical Archeologists and professor at St. James University has experienced eternal evil first hand, and knows secrets that no human could fathom. In fact, deep below the old campus cathedral is a dungeon that contains the demon, a devourer called, Raphan. He is an enemy of both Heaven and Helel, but Raphan knows much, and Malecki must confront the demon in order to learn of Helel's plans before it is too late.
The only hope for our deliverance lies with the sleeping warriors of Heaven who have been walking the earth, unknown to their own existence, until they are awakened by the 7th messenger. But not everyone can be trusted, and there are some unlikely alliances that must be formed in order to defeat Helel and his demons.
There are twists and turns in this story that will keep everyone on the edge of their seat right to the last line. But the story goes on.
The Challenge
We need help in bringing this modern epic story to all before time runs out, for the fate of our existence hangs in the balance.
