I constructed a portable temporal device so I could travel 100 years into the future and celebrate the arrival of the year 2110. But when I activated the device a minor glitch plunged me backwards in time instead of forward!Now, I'm trapped in a bleak pre-Civil War, pre-Emancipation Proclamation America. Even though I'm not in the South, the Chicago-Northwest Indiana area of 1838 is still an immensely dangerous time period for me. I need immediate assistance from the BSFS to bring me back to the 21st century!!Help!
