We're a major production company in Los Angeles whose founders have produced series such as NBC’s The Biggest Loser, History Channel’s Swamp People and Discovery’s Dual Survival.
We're looking to make an unscripted series for a major cable network revolving around the world of black nerds in America, essentially to make a less obnoxious unscripted version of "The Big Bang Theory". I know I'm casting an INCREDIBLY wide net here, but being the resident expert, I was hoping you could point me in the right direction. Whether it's a family owned business, or a blerd tech startup, a group of fanboys, or just some guys and girls that hang out, any and all leads are helpful. As it's for TV, character is key, and the more interesting, outgoing, and talkative the people are, the better.
