Robert Rodriguez has produced a new movie about the Predator which he co-wrote with two others. Nimrod Antal is the director and they used a minimum amount of CGI. According to the website at www.predators-movie.com each character can stand on their own as a lead in this movie plus the Predators character and motivation is fully fleshed out. The basic plot has murderous humans taken from Earth to another planet. This motley muti-racial group has black ops, yakuza, drug enforcers, sociopaths, mercenaries, and others banding together in a fight for survival. There are lots of clips on youtube which you can get to from the above website. The website wasn't working too swell for me but the clips look damn good and many of the actors and the actress were cast opposite their normal roles. They seem to have pulled this off because they used accomplished actors like Fishburne, Adrian Brody and a few others. I'm think i'm goin to be outside waiting in line for this one, lol.
