I am an old man new to the word of publishing. I have written 30 poems based around the character, Martha Jones, of the BBC Doctor Who series. It is my understanding that I must obtain a license to publish certain names, images, and objects associated with the Doctor Who series. Can anyone give me insights on how this can be accomplished?
