For those of you who don't know me, my name is GB Banks, and I have Type III Osteogenesis Imperfecta, also known as "Brittle Bone Disease". The disease has caused me to be wheelchair bound, and mostly home bound, to have stunted growth and frequent respiratory issues, seven surgeries as a child, and so many fractures that I couldn't even begin to guess exactly how many.

My parents have been my caretakers for all of my life, and they have always encouraged me to believe in myself and to have big dreams, and I have. I enjoy doing art, but my passion and my dream is to be a successful writer. As I and my parents grow older, I have begun to worry more about my future. I want to be able to give back to my parents for everything they have done for me, but I also want to be able to hire a full-time private nurse so that I can start building a more independent life for myself, and start to travel and explore the world that up to now I've only been able to visit through the power of my imagination.

My dream is to turn Zombie George Washington into a bestselling novel and/or attract Hollywood into turning the story into a major motion picture. This book's success could literally be life-changing for me, and I just hope and pray that people love it and support it and support me in my pursuit of this dream.
