As the Creative-Head, of a yet still-to-be-named project, what I'm looking for is someone familiar with the C++ and Java languages, as well as UnrealScript (which some say, is a derivative of the previous languages mentioned) for an UnrealEngine 3 game. As the Lead-Programmer, you'd be responsible for coding weapons, (some) AI-programming and scripted events. At present, the amount of time to needed to devote to this project is less-than part-time, an average of 5hrs. per week would be sufficient.

The game, while still in the development and design stages  (of which, I'm handling alone, at the moment) is planned to be similar in style to the "Medal of Honor", "Call of Duty" and "Battle-Field" series, with some elements from a range of FPS's from the past and present, as well as Fighting Games. What's more, is that this project is planned to be an "open-source" MMO for the FPS gaming-community, more on that later.

This is an indie-game project that might at some point require contracted 3d modelers, animators, artist, etc. However, at this point, I'm just searching for a talented, serious, well-spirited programmer with an affinity for pop-culture to begin laying the architecture (on the programming-side) for this project.
