Does anybody know of internet sites which aggregates cartoons that have either predominantly  people of color characters or leading characters?

Cartoons could either be adult or for children.

I wonder if there's even enough material out there to make something like that worthwhile? 

Between youtube and the internet why hasn't anybody done something like this yet?
