Devin Cain trying to navigate in this world. Through many transformations and transitions, I live in the conscious, continuing to seek and make sense of it all. I'm Afro-Asian, Afro-Futurist, former Baptist, Feminist, and hopeless romantic. I'm a big combination of ambition, lazyness, freedom, insecurity, comic, seriousness, conscious, uncertainty, creativity, passion, and drive. I attend Columbia College Chicago for Film directing. I am a artist. Art is my life, my life is my art. Speaker of Minorities. My stage name is D. Cain creating and innovating in the performing and visual arts. I am a director, performer, writer, and comedian. Initially I started as an actor and then progressed into directing and writing forming this creative visionary. I seek to cultivate myself with a unique vision and to express that vision through art tearing down boundaries of genre as life has no genre. I seek to create entertaining conscious works of art that educate the masses on the exposure of the world bringing truth & expression within the context of fantastical themes. I intend to educate my audience and communicate creatively and shape the world's perceptions of issues, ideas, and events and author the culture of our time. My creativity is used for entertainment and escapism and to give hope and inspire. I believe living life in truth & righteousness. I believe everything starts with the self: love, bliss, confidence.
