About Me:

Hello! I am a recent Baruch college graduate from New York City. I have a BA in music and journalism. I plan to expand on my blog, Futuristically Ancient, which examines afro-diasporic cultures through afrofuturistic and afrosurrealist perspective. I also want to publish my thesis on percussion in hip-hop and my poetry collection. Eventually, I might go to Grad School for Cultural Studies and Media Analysis. I have been to Dominica, Japan and London and I can speak some Japanese and French. My interests include music, writing, poetry, studying different types of art, African Diasporic studies, Religion/Spiritual Systems, Comparative Analysis, speculative fiction and much more.
