The 2020 NASFiC is going VIRTUAL and is looking for Volunteers!
This Year's North American Science Fiction Convention (NASFiC), which occurs somewhere in North America whenever the Worldcon is NOT in North America, is going completely virtual this year. The Virtual NASFiC will be held from Noon on Friday, August 21 to 3 PM on Sunday, August 23.
We are seeking volunteers to make this work!
Events and other program items will be held on Zoom and/or streamed to a YouTube Channel.
Post-panel discussions, topical discussion spaces, virtual hangouts, etc, will be held via Discord.
Access will be free but there will be login info you have to sign up to get in order to access Discord and some spaces on the website, in order to hopefully deter bots and spam.
If you can help host/moderate Discord or Zoom activities, help with streaming & etc. for the website and social media, help schedule programming, or join the Information staff to answer emails and staff the #Infodesk channel on Discord, please let us know via this volunteer form:
