Urd from the manga "Oh! My Goddess" bearing a striking resemblance to Storm from X-men. Urd is the powerful, sultry, and older sister of Belldandy, based on the goddesses of similar name. Her philosophy is that the end justifies the means which lends itself to interesting situations.In a live action I'd cast Nicole Ari Parker.
