Tapestry II - Going Forth

I am a fan of the french painter Henri Matisse. He was a master at pattern painting. I was inspired by a print design of the women on a skirt, reflecting African women in three stages; traditional, cultural to youthful (upgraded). I then added Navajo basic and blanket weave design.Acrylic on Canvas board
