Akagi Takenori is the captain of the Shohoku basket team from the manga Slam Dunk. He is considered by many to be the best center in the Kanagawa Prefecture, and is renowned for his defensive skills.A central character in the manga, Akagi differs from the other starters because he is a highly disciplined student, and academically gifted. He is the older brother of Haruko. Despite his appearance Akagi is NOT supposed to be Black. lol, yeah, I know, I know. I thought the same thing. That's why he made the list.For a live action I'd cast Nate Parker.
