By the mid 21st century, a small team of African scientists working of different continents made the discovery of the millennium, a loophole in Einstien's SR (Special Relativity) which forbade FTL (faster than light) travel. Twenty-five years later, the first FLT probe breached the light speed barrier and phased out of our Solar System. The probe was named Makeba 1. The new age of space exploration came into being, and Africa was it's womb.
