The nefarious Vector hails from the manga Gunnm, better known in the U.S. as Battle Angel. Vector is a shrewd business man, and the most powerful mobster in the Scrapyard. He has the ability to instantly determine if someone is lying to him, whether human or cyborg. He deals primarily in the traffic of human organs and parts.Vector's has his own sense of integrity. He values his subordinates, and plays a critical role in negotiating for peace late in the series.For live action, I'd cast Carl Lumbly.
