In the near future a fascists government called Friends Of the World takes over the entire earth becoming the first One World Government. However, this new dominate power is actually a corporation which sanctions all world citizens to get RFID microchip implants, for use of their implementation of digits as all forms of currency other than digits are made obsolete. The F.O.W. also sanctions the legalization of all social drugs, bans firearms to those whom are not members of the corporation, including law enforcement and halts all new automobile production of any sort. The clappers are a world wide street gang who still posses firearms and car parts, the new top commodity of the underworld. The Equalizers are a ancient vigilantly group of Hebrew Israelities who start a war with the Clappers in the A.F. (After F.O.W.) years eliminating them all and leaving none.
