Hey everyone,

Had a quick question: Do you guys know of anywhere online that could act as a resource for finding freelance rates for comic book artists (all ranges)? I have a friend whose trying to find an artist to work on a short story/ 5-10 pages (he wants to use it as a promotional piece), and wants to know what would be best to pay.
