The protagonist of Afro Samurai, like the title suggest Afro is a Samurai living in a futuristic Japan. His goal is to avenge his father and ultimate obtain the number one headband. Stoic to a fault, Afro is probably the most popular Black manga character out there.Obviously, Samuel Jackson would have to play Afro in a live action movie.
