Regina Reign aka Arctic Rose. She plays a prominent part in the SoveReign Comics Universe. She will be in 3 titles. TEMPLE High (She is the Dean of Soaribahn Academy), Cypher Team (She is the wife of Elias Reign, leader of Cypher Team and she also leads her own team Sigma Team.), and Infinite Reign (a story that takes place in the not so distant future and revolves around her twin daughters Mirage and Orchid Reign.
