I think this may be one of the only fully finished versions of the leader of Cypher Team, Sara "Madame Neutron" Villa-Blair. Her powers are nuclear based.In which she came across while on an excavation in the Amazon in South America, where she found the temple (Worship grounds) ruins of an Amazonian Goddess. She has the ability to heal and kill however, she'd rather use her abilities to heal her team and boost their own energies and stamina when needed. She is also a tactical genius and has a small amount of Telekinetic powers to where she can move things with her mind. She also has a small amount of telepathy which comes in handy sending commands to the rest of the team.While she does only like to heal and not use her powers for the negative side. She can and will as she has been pushed to that extent before. Her healing abilities make her legend but her power of destruction makes her one of the most feared Phenosapiens aka Zenith on the face of the earth.In this picture she is threatening a foe with the negative side of her powers. They obviously pushed the wrong button.
