This character is Elias Reign aka Colonel Reign. He is second in command of Cypher Team. His powers, he can can absorb energy and kinetic damage and release the energy absorbed 10 times stronger than what hit him.I based this character off of me, so I would say he's my alter-ego. He has one hell of a future in front of him...I don't want to give too much away.
