ONLI STUDIOS LLC created and published "Malcolm-10" in 1991/1992. Introducing this dope-ass look to the entire industry. At that time "Blade" still rocked bell bottoms and a geri-curled afro. During exchanges about a deal with New Line Cinema the mega deep urban look of Malcolm-10 slipped over to be "Blade's" movie make over. Yup! ripped off. Lawyers agreed there was a ces but wanted over $100,000.00 to take the case.
Needless to say, being a small indie house, ONLI STUDIOS LLC couldn't make the case during the time running per the Statute of Limitations.
