I am a playwright and author whose work focuses on the lives of contemporary women and familiies. But I do love a good mystery novel, hence the reason I also write mysteries. Sci fi is an area I am interested in trying my hand at especially having taught a course called Blacks in Science Fiction, and reading works by Octavia Butler. Love it!
