Here is another villain, she and Feline are on the same team. She goes by Tarot and her powers are well...amazing, I think. Some people say I may have over powered here, lol. She makes her first appearance in Cypher Team i02. She is a Bruja (spanish for Wicth) and hails from Mexico.
