Tia Halibel from the manga Bleach, except with a different hair color. Halibel is the 3rd ranked Espada, and to date, the most powerful female character in the Bleach manga. She shows an extremely calm disposition, and is very well admired by her subordinates. The aspect of death she represents is sacrifice.In a live action version, I'd cast Kenya Moore.
