In the manga Naruto, there are 5 Kages or Shadows. Each Kage is the strongest Ninja in their respective country, and the leader of their Ninja village. Raikage literally means "Lightning Shadow"."A" is the Fourth Raikage and he is the leader of the Hidden Cloud village. "A" is powerful, even among his peers; He is the fastest Ninja alive. Like all Kages he is highly respected within his village. He is extremely militant; constantly preparing his village for war during peace times. However he has a tendency to be headstrong and short sighted.Despite being an overall ruthless individual he has a big soft spot for his little brother Killer Bee, even though they are not biological brothers.In a live action, this would be perfect role for Anthony Ray Parker.
