Regina "Arctic Rose" Reign, the wife of Colonel Elias Reign (There is a piece of him somewhere up here) and former member of Cypher Team. After the Miami Catastrophe, she left the team and went and became a teacher. However, If need be, she does dawn her ice form to get back in battle. Naturally she is blue skinned due to her extremely low temperature core.
