Commander Jorvinski, Second in command of P.o.M (Protectors of Mankind) and leader of the REPR unit. He's a villain, a religious zealot along with other members of P.o.M. They really don't like the evolved populace of the SoveReign Universe and will do what ever they can to wipe them from the face of the earth because in their eyes, no "man" should have the powers of God.
